Orders must be accompanied by payment. Checks, credit card and charging to your unit account are all accepted. If you are paying by credit card you must include the credit card number, full name on the card, expiration date, what type of card it is (M/C, Visa, Discover) and the signature of the card holder authorizing the charge. Only authorized signers will be allowed to charge to unit accounts. Please ensure if you are charging to your unit account that you have sufficient funds in your account for your purchase. You may call the Abilene office during normal business hours to verify your account balance. Make checks payable to either BSA or Texas Trails Council.

Before emails will be allowed each unit will need to provide 2 email accounts from which they will be sending orders. Emails must be sent by either the Cubmaster, Scoutmaster, Committee Chairperson or Advancement Chairperson, and only registered adults may have their emails used. Only orders from those 2 email accounts will be accepted.
