From young to experienced, our summer camps have something for everyone.  Whether it is a Tenderfoot Scout experiencing summer camp for the first time at Camp Tonkawa or a veteran camper climbing the cliffs at Camp Billy Gibbons, there always a fun an challenging experience around every corner.  Do not miss out on the fun.

Texas Trails Summer Camps offer a wide range of instruction and hands-on training in all the traditional camp activities. All staff members undergo extensive training to make sure all campers receive the best possible instruction. Key Area Directors are graduates of the prestigious B.S.A. National Camp School and hold certificates from many other organizations. You can learn to shoot a bow and arrow at the Archery Range, fire a black powder muzzle loader and learn firearm safety at the Rifle and Shotgun Ranges, take up swimming at the pool "swimming hole", canoeing and sailing at the Waterfront, and carve a decoy or stamp a wallet at the Handicraft Area. Regardless of whether you are working on a merit badge or just having fun, the staff is there to serve you so you get the best and safest experience possible. Do not miss out on the fun. Many weeks are already filled at Boy Scout Camp. For those that are not signed up you sure are going to miss out on a great summer, but for those that are, bring as many boys as you can.

A Premier Scouting Experience - The week generally begins with a rousing campfire led by the Summer Camp Staff.  Every day at camp is filled with Scouting adventure, new challenges and friends new and old.  From basic scouting skills for first timers or work on a vast number of merit badges for older Scouts there is always something to do.  Time is spent in troops activities at the rifle, shotgun, or archery ranges. Earning First Aid merit badge or BSA Lifeguard are skills that will last forever.

Don't miss out on one of the greatest opportunities of the summer.  Sign up for summer camp early and reserve a spot!
