Brand new Annual Health and Medical Record
The one health and medical record replaces former Class 1, 2, and 3 medical forms, which will be phased out in 2009. The use of the new form will be required effective January 1, 2010, as well as for the 2010 National Scout Jamboree. No sport physical exams are allowed to be attached to the new form. This form is only good for one calendar year.

BSA Council Accident & Sickness Insurance Program
The Texas Trails Council has purchased the National Boys Scouts of America Council Accident & Sickness Insurance Plan, which covers your Pack, Troop, and/or Crew for both accidents and illnesses, which manifest themselves during participation in Boy Scout activities.

Since the Council has purchased this coverage for its Units, it is no longer necessary for each individual unit to purchase the BSA Unit Accident Insurance Plan. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Scout office.
