RITCH KEEBLE
He joined Scouting when his son became a Cub Scout in 1961 in Pack #271, sponsored by the Bonham School P.T.A. He served in several positions with the Cub Pack and as a neighborhood commissioner. In 1968 he completed Wood Badge and has served on many Timber Tag training staffs. He is always there to assist with district and Council camporees. He has worked on many S.M.E. campaigns. In 1979 he was presented the District Award of Merit.
He is a member of the Heavenly Pest Episcopal Church where he is a Vestryman and a member of the Brotherhood of St. Andrew. He has served as a Church School Leader and Supervisor.
He is in the insurance business and is a member of the Abilene Association of Life Underwriters.
Although his wife is deceased he takes great pride in his two Eagle Scout sons, Bill and Floyd.
The Chisholm Trail Council, Boy Scouts of America is proud to present the Silver Beaver Award to Ritch Keeble.
