This Scouter is a graduate of Abilene High School and Texas Tech University and currently is General Manager of the Abilene Agency of the American General Life Insurance Company.
He is past President of both the Abilene and Texas Association of Life Underwriters and a past President of the Abilene Exchange Club.
He has served for several years on the Chisholm Trail Council Executive Board and as Council President for 2 years, 1973-1974. He is currently President of Area IV, South Central Region, Boy Scouts of America.
He is a member of the Pioneer Drive Baptist Church.
It is with pleasure that the Chisholm Trail Council, Boy Scouts of America, presents the Silver Beaver Award to LeRoy Bell.
