Carl Parker
Carl is from Stephenville and has been involved in Scouting since the Fall of 1993, serving scouting in numerous positions and capacities such as Assistant Scoutmaster, Scoutmaster and Jamboree Assistant Scoutmaster . Has been active in the Order of the Arrow and is a Vigil member and has served on several training staff’s. In addition, Carl has spent many untold hours at Camp Billy Gibbons – installing fans in the Dining Hall, keeping the old ice machine running and has doing the electrical work and other work on the new Health Lodge.
Carl is married and has three children and his son obtained the rank of Eagle Scout. Carl is also an ordained deacon in the Harvey Baptist Church and is a member of the Kiwanis Club.
Shirley Teague
Shirley is from Brownwood and has been involved in Scouting since the Fall of 1994, serving in numerous positions and capacities such as Cub Scout Den Leader, Webelos Den Leader, Assistant Scoutmaster, Troop Committee Chairman, Kickapoo District Committee Member and Comanche Trail Council Executive Board Member. She is Woodbadge Trained and served on the staff of two Woodbadge courses and was also a Jamboree Staff member. Shirley is an active member of the Order of the Arrow, being a Brotherhood member and is an adviser for the OA Lodge. She has also served as Program Director of Camp Billy Gibbons summer camp for 3 summers.
Shirley is married and has one son who is an Eagle Scout. She is a teacher and is listed in the Who’s Who Among American Teachers and is a member of the Association of Professional Teachers and the Texas Computer Educators Association.
